A wonderful way to start your day. I like to have anything other than 'breakfast from a box', and one way that is quick and easy and which guarantees a good balance of protein, carbs and min fat. Great for in-between meals too. Ingredients:
300 ml skim milk |
1 banana |
20 g protein powder |
Directions:
1. Follow this sequence to ensure shake does not have too much froth. 2. measure milk and pour into a blender. 3. chop banana and place in blender. 4. whiz blender till banana has been fully blended (approx 30 secs). 5. NOW ADD the (non flavoured) protein powder, and blend for just 4-5 seconds. |
