custard base with whey protein Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk |
1/2 cup egg beater |
62 g vanilla protein |
Directions:
1. in heavy saucepan, heat milk and egg beaters over medium heat 2. stir constantly with wooden spoon to prevent egg from lumping 3. do not increase temperature and be patient. 4. add vanilla and favorite artificial sweetner (stevia) 5. stir until thick coat stays on wooden spoon 6. place in refrigerator for at least 6-24 hours 7. whisk in protein powder 8. use ice cream freezer and enjoy |
