This is a great protein shake with a twist. Ingredients:
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (we like eas) |
2 -3 teaspoons instant coffee (caf or decaf) |
1 cup skim milk |
4 ice cubes |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender (we have a small one serving blender that works great). Once all the ice is blended, enjoy! |
