Easy, high protein snack bar. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup peanut butter |
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips |
1 cup wheat germ |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1 cup sesame seeds |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1 cup shredded coconut |
Directions:
1. On medium, melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Transfer ingredients to a 5X7 inch baking pan and press. 4. Let cool and then refrigerate. |
