We take these in our lunches or eat them instead of granola bars. 15.3g protein per bar! Ingredients:
1 cup oatmeal |
1 1/4 cups chocolate whey protein |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup honey |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. 1) Mix Oatmeal, protein and cinnamon. 2. 2) In a separate glass bowl mix PB and Honey. Microwave on high 40 secs, stir and repeat. Add vanilla. 3. 3) Combine all ingredients together, mix well. Press into 8X8 pan refridgerate 1 hour then cut into 12 pieces. |
