Made this up in the kitchen with ingredients on hand...
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried apricot (i counted 13)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried edamame
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
2 eggs
2 scoops protein powder
1 cup oat bran
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor.
2. Use rubber spatula & spread onto glass baking dish.
3. I used a small one so that I would have thicker bars.
4. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
5. Cool, cut, enjoy.
