Made this up in the kitchen with ingredients on hand... Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried apricot (i counted 13) |
1/3 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup dried edamame |
2 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 banana |
2 eggs |
2 scoops protein powder |
1 cup oat bran |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in food processor. 2. Use rubber spatula & spread onto glass baking dish. 3. I used a small one so that I would have thicker bars. 4. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. 5. Cool, cut, enjoy. |
