I like this recipe because of the good wholeseome ingredients and hope it is as good as it says.
Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats
1 cup dry textured soy protein granules
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup chopped sunflower seeds
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Pat firm firmly into a sprayed 8-inch cake pan.
3. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
4. Cool, Cut into bars.
5. Wrap in plastic.
