I like this recipe because of the good wholeseome ingredients and hope it is as good as it says. Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats |
1 cup dry textured soy protein granules |
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder |
1/2 cup chopped sunflower seeds |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 large egg |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Pat firm firmly into a sprayed 8-inch cake pan. 3. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes. 4. Cool, Cut into bars. 5. Wrap in plastic. |
