Easy, healthy, and portable protein bar. Ingredients:
2 cups crunchy peanut butter (can substitute almond butter) |
1 3/4 cups honey |
2 1/4 cups chocolate whey protein powder (can substitute vanilla) |
3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, dry |
Directions:
1. Put oatmeal in a blender, pulse several times, until it resembles a course flour. 2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and oatmeal. 3. Press into a 8x8 pan. 4. Chill overnight. 5. Cut into 9 pieces and wrap in plastic wrap. |
