Protein and Oatmeal Pancakes |

This recipe comes from Body Building. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1/3 cup oatmeal |
2 -3 scrambled egg whites or 1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (1 scoop) |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 dash pumpkin pie spice |
1/8 teaspoon brown sweet 'n low |
1/4 ounce sugar free hot spiced cider mix, opt (use only 1/2 packet for flavor) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and allow mixture to thicken for 2-3 minutes. 2. Pour onto preheated frying pan or griddle. 3. Cook over medium heat until golden, about 2 minutes per side. |
