3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup ripe tomato, chopped
1/2 cup pitted wine cured olive (alfonse)
1/3 cup prosciutto, shredded
1 tablespoon sugar
2/3 teaspoon sage
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup rye flour
1 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
