Ingredients:

2 tablespoon(s) margerine |
125 g mushrooms |
1/2 cup(s) parmesan |
100 g prosciutto |
2 cup(s) whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Saute mushrooms in margerine. 2. Add cream and cheese Stir until cheese melts. Add prosciutto, parsley. seaon to taste. Be careful it burns easily. Serve with fettucine noodles, linguine. gnocchi etc |
