Ingredients:
12 arugula leaves, tough stems discarded |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
6 fresh figs, trimmed, sliced lengthwise about 1/4-inch |
6 ounce(s) mild soft fresh goat cheese, at room temperature |
1/2 pound(s) prosciutto, thinly sliced |
6 rolls seeded, round, 4-5-inch, split |
3 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Stir together the cheese and pepper with a fork. 2. Spread butter on cut sides of the rolls. 3. Now make the sandwiches with the peppered goat cheese spread, figs, proscuitto and arugula leaves. |
