From my Low Carb book Ingredients:
1 ounce thinly sliced prosciutto |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
10 ounces frozen peas |
1/4 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 dash black pepper |
2 tablespoons pine nuts or 2 tablespoons chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Cut prosciutto into thin strips. 2. In a medium saucepan cook onion in hot oil until tender. 3. Stir in peas, water, bouillon and dried oregano. Season to taste with black pepper. 4. Simmer, covered, for 4-5 minutes or until peas are just tender. 5. Stir in pine nuts. |
