Quick and easy breakfast sandwich
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 slice of prosciutto
bread or english muffin of choice
optional: mixed greens, tomato, fresh herbs
Directions:
1. Lightly toast your bread of choice
2. Heat a skillet on medium high
3. Add a little bit of butter to prevent sticking
4. Crack one egg into the skillet and cook until done to your liking
5. Toast bread a litttle longer in the skillet
6. Assemble sandwich with prosciutto and desired toppings
7. Enjoy!
