Prosciutto and Bocconcini Appetizers |

A simple appetizer to throw together that's full of flavour. Ingredients:
1 baguette (you need 24 slices that you have toasted) |
12 bocconcini, thinly sliced (mini cheese balls) |
24 fresh basil leaves |
24 slices prosciutto |
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
cracked black pepper (optional) |
Directions:
1. Top each slice of bread with a few bocconcini slices & a basil leave. Place on baking sheet. 2. Mound a slice of prosciutto over the top. 3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and black pepper. 4. Broil until cheese melts (1-2 minutes). |
