The Bread Machine Cookbook Serves 4-6 Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough |
1 cup pizza sauce |
1/2 cup ricotta cheese |
1/2 cup cooked broccoli floret |
1/2 cup cooked white beans |
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (red or yellow pepper) |
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion |
1/3-1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper |
1/2 cup fresh basil, shredded |
Directions:
1. Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough. Top with vegetables and then the cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Bake at 450* for 15-20 minutes. Top with basil leaves before serving. |
