This sounds delish...can't wait to try this one! Ingredients:
10 ounces linguine |
3 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut in cubes |
1 cup chopped onion |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 medium zucchini, sliced |
1 cup sliced green peppers or 1 cup yellow bell pepper |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can contadina recipe ready diced tomatoes, primavera |
1 (6 ounce) can contadina italian paste with italian spices |
Directions:
1. 1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. 2. 2. Meanwhile, cook chicken, onion, garlic, zucchini, bell pepper, and pepper flakes in oil for five minutes or until tender. 3. 3. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, and 3/4 cup water. Simmer for five minutes. 4. 4. Toss with pasta and garnish with crumbled feta or Parmesan cheese if desired. |
