This sandwich is from the Primanti Bros., Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ingredients:
4 ounces capicola |
1 egg, soft-cooked |
1 slice provolone cheese |
6 ounces thick-cut french fries |
1 cup coleslaw |
2 slices tomatoes |
2 thick-cut slices italian bread, fresh |
Directions:
1. Place fresh-sliced Cappicola on grill and warm – top with provolone cheese. 2. Place grilled meat and cheese on bottom slice of fresh Italian bread. 3. Add a runny egg. 4. Top with hot French fries. 5. Top with hearty handful of coleslaw. 6. Place 2 tomato slices on top of coleslaw. 7. Top with second slice of fresh Italian bread. |
