Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) baking soda
480g bread flour
80g brown sugar
24g butter
4 ounce(s) milk
4g salt
6 ounce(s) water
6 cup(s) water
10g yeast
Directions:
1. mix all but the last ingredients, knead the dough till its elastic and pretty looking
2. let the dough rest in a neat ball for 15+ minutes
3. cut the dough in 8 pieces
4. form into buns, pretzels etc
5. cover under damp towel for 30 minutes+
6. preheat oven to 400
7. boil up the water and baking soda
8. dunk each pretzel, 20 seconds a side
9. bake on parchment lined cookie sheet for 15 minutes
