Make a big batch of this and treat it like brittle. Or, break it up and put it over desserts. It is so good and crunchy....and addictive.
Ingredients:
3 cups pretzels, broken into small pieces
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 and line a jelly roll pan with foil.
2. Break up pretzels on pan.
3. Melt butter.
4. Add brown sugar and stir well.
5. Pour over pretzels and stir until well coated.
6. Bake 5 minutes.
7. Cool and break apart as desired.
