DD#1 (the chef)brought this recipe home from a co-worker. I thought what a unique way to coat anything! I hate fish but cant wait to try this on chicken tenders. Dont think it could get much easier than this! Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) tilapia fillets |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 cups finely crushed pretzels |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise. 3. Coat with crushed pretzels pressing in if needed. 4. Place in a lightly greased baking pan. 5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
