This is a pretty spread, and wonderful with hot homemade rolls-it makes a nice gift for a new neighbor if given with a hot loaf of bread. Ingredients:
1/3 cup honey |
1/3 cup butter |
1/3 cup jam (any kind, raspberry is very pretty) |
Directions:
1. With an electric mixer mix honey, butter and any kind of jam you wish.
2. If scooped with an ice-cream scoop this looks like pretty ice-cream.
3. If we are having company, I like to make a couple of different colors of honey butter.
