Prettty and Healthy CORN n BEAN SALAD
Ingredients:
prettty and healthy corn n bean salad
1 cup cooked or canned black beans
1/2 cup cooked or canned pinto beans
1 cup frozen corn
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
rice vinegar to taste
cumin to taste
Directions:
1. Combine all vegetables in a glass serving bowl, add vinegar and cumin.
2. Chill well.
