Presto Pasta with Nori Krinkles |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) carrots, julienned, blanched 1 minute |
1/4 cup(s) eden toasted nori krinkles or shredded toasted nori |
8 ounce(s) organic soba or udon noodles |
1/4 cup(s) scallions, chopped fine |
1 tablespoon(s) shoyu soy sauce (or to taste) |
1/2 cup(s) small broccoli florets, blanched 2 minutes |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta as package directs, rinse and drain. Blanch vegetables. Toss noodles and vegetables, oil, and shoyu. Serve garnished with scallions and nori. |
