An old recipe that my mom found in a newspaper years ago. We love it. Ingredients:
1/2 lb elbow macaroni |
1 teaspoon butter |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
3 cups sharp cheddar cheese |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Cook macaroni. While hot, mix in butter. Mix salt, egg, and dry mustard together with milk. Pour over noodles. Mix in cheese. Cook at 350 for 20 - 25minutes or until golden brown. |
