Premium White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies |

Ingredients:
1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix |
1 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup butter, melted |
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar |
2 large eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts |
1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°; position oven rack in middle of oven; set aside ungreased cookie sheets. 2. In a large bowl add the cake mix, flour, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. 3. Blend with an electric mixer set on med-high speed 1-2 minutes, until blended and smooth. 4. Stir in the oats, nuts, and white chocolate chips with a wooden spoon until all dry ingredients are moistened. 5. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets. 6. Bake 10-13 minutes, until golden at edges and just barely set at center when lightly touched. 7. Cool 1 minute on sheets; transfer to wire racks with metal spatula and cool completely. |
