Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup nuts |
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients well. 2. Add vanilla,pineapple and nuts and mix. 3. Bake in ungreased 9x13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and butter together. 4. Add powdered sugar gradually. 5. Stir in salt,vanilla and nuts. 6. Spread on top of cake. |
