Prawns in a Tarragon and Tomato Sauce |

A tasty, spicy recipe that I cook a lot for my fella. Generously serves two people. Very easy, very quick and goes great with cous cous. Ingredients:
1 onion |
2 cloves garlic |
1 (420 g) can tomato soup |
15 g fresh tarragon |
200 g prawns |
1 yellow pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cracked chili |
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1 fish stock cube |
Directions:
1. fry until soft the chopped onion, chopped yellow pepper and chopped garlic in a frying pan using the vegetable oil. 2. add the prawns, tomato soup, cracked chilli's, stock cube and tarragon and simmer for 15 minutes. 3. ready to serve. |
