This is great on sandwiches or toast, or use it on grilled fish. Ingredients:
75 g peeled prawns |
2 anchovies |
1 pinch cayenne pepper |
50 g unsalted butter, softened |
Directions:
1. Chop the prawns and anchovies into small pieces, then pound in a mortar and pestle. 2. Add the cayenne pepper and butter and mix well; use immediately. |
