Very simple and very tasty snack or addition to BBQ or tapas evening. If you can't get hold of serrano ham, you can replace with Parma ham or prosciutto. Ingredients:
24 large raw tiger shrimp, tails on |
12 sheets serrano ham |
olive oil |
lemon |
Directions:
1. Slice the sheets of ham lengthways, and wrap each shrimp in a half sheet. 2. Thread onto a skewer. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. 4. Cook on a BBQ or griddle. |
