I am guessing on the dozens. It depends on the size you want them. Ingredients:
4 cups sugar |
4 tablespoons karo syrup |
1 can condensed milk |
1 can water |
4 -6 cups pecans |
1 teaspoon butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix the first four ingredients together. 2. Cook over a low fire until the soft ball stage; Remove from heat. 3. Add butter, vanilla and pecans. 4. Beat until the mixtur holds its shape. 5. Spoon on buttered waxed paper. 6. Ready when firm. |
