This is one of my favorite recipe from my aunt. She always made these for us when we would come to visit. Ingredients:
20 -24 graham crackers |
1 cup butter |
1 cup light brown sugar, packed |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Line a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan with graham crackers. 3. Bring butter and sugar to rolling boil; 4. Boil 2 minutes. 5. Remove from heat. 6. When bubbling subsides, add chopped pecans. 7. Spoon over graham crackers. 8. Bake praline squares at 350 for 10 minutes. 9. Cool slightly; cut praline candy into 1-inch squares. |
