kids will probably like this recipe. Ingredients:
24 graham cracker squares |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
1 cup miniature marshmallow |
1/4 cup chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. arrange graham crackers in a single layer in a foil-lined 15inch x 10 inch x 1 inch baking pan. 2. in a saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil. 3. cook and stir just until sugar is dissolved. 4. remove form the heat. 5. add vanilla. 6. pour evenly over crackers. 7. sprinkle with nuts. 8. bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. 9. sprinkle with marshmallows. 10. bake 3-5 minutes longer or until top is bubbly and marshmallows are lightly browned. 11. drizzle with chocolate syrup. 12. cool for 10 minutes. 13. break into squares. |
