Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) bottle dark corn syrup |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup water |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3 -4 cups vanilla ice cream |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Add first 3 ingredients to a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 2. Remove saucepan from the heat; stir in pecans. 3. Cool completely. 4. Spoon half of the ice cream into 4 parfait dishes. 5. Top each with 2 tablespoons sauce. 6. Repeat layers; top with whipped cream and serve immediately. |
