this recipe make 1 1/2 cups of frosting...This recipe is used with Praline Bundt Cake..the recipe is from the Southern Living, DECEMBER 2007 Ingredients:
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar |
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup milk |
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. 1. Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a 2-qt. saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; whisk in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
