I'm not too crazy about graham crackers, but I love these, hard to stop eating them. Also simple to make, with basic ingredients. Ingredients:
5 1/3 ounces packages graham crackers |
3/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Seperate each cracker into four sections. 2. Arrange in a jellyroll pan with edges touching. 3. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in sugar and pecans. 4. Bring to a boil; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. 5. Spread mixture evenly over graham crackers. 6. Bake at 300 for 12 minutes. 7. Remove from pan and cool on wax paper. |
