Really a crustless cheesecake, baked in a pie pan. Ingredients:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3 eggs |
2/3 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup sour cream |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in brown sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 9 pie pan, Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before adding topping. 2. To make the topping, mix togther the sour cream and the remaining 3 Tbsp brown sugar. Spread over baked cheesecake. Sprinkle pecans on top. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. |
