Wonderful chicken dish for anyone Ingredients:
2 chicken breast fillets |
2 raw eggs |
2 tablespoons milk |
3 tablespoons breadcrumbs |
4 ounces butter |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Take 2 pieces of chicken fillet & pound them slightly. 2. Then salt & pepper fillets. 3. Soak in raw eggs beaten with milk for 15-20 minutes 4. Roll in dried bread-crumbs. 5. Brown in butter on both sides until done. |
