Powerful Pancakes for Bodybuilding |

Found this recipie in a bodybuilding magazine. I have added to it, and it was a food staple for me when getting ready for a competition. Ingredients:
6 egg whites |
2 egg yolks |
1 cup oats |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
3 packets artificial sweetener |
1/2 cup fruit (ie banana, blueberries) (optional) |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in a blender (except cooking spray). 2. blend until well mixed. 3. pour half of batter in a pan coated with cooking spray turn when brown. |
