All of the ingredients are mixed together in a blender. The addition of frozen fruit, whole or sliced, adds texture and a nice chill to the drink. The smoothie is chock full of nutrition to get your motor running in the morning. Great for kids and adults on the go!! Ingredients:
12 ounces milk (can use skim, 1%, or lactaid milk) |
4 ounces strawberries |
4 ounces cherries |
1 sliced banana |
4 ounces peaches |
1 (8 ounce) container of any flavor yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy! |
