Power smoothie: banana, blueberries, oatmeal, flaxseed, skim milk Ingredients:
1 c. skim milk |
1 scoop whey protein powder, gnc |
1/4 c. oats, whole grain |
1/2 banana |
1/2 c. blueberries, frozen |
1/2 c. ice |
1 tbsp. flaxseed, ground |
Directions:
1. Pour milk in blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. |
