The power shake is great to drink before exercising! Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana |
1 cup strawberry |
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1 cup apple juice |
2 tablespoons rolled oats |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Put everything in a blender and blend well. 2. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! |
