Great post-workout shake with plenty of protein & complex carbs. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free milk |
1/2 cup water |
1 tbsp yogurt |
1 scoop (eas) 100% whey protein powder |
3/4 cup instant oatmeal |
2 tsp peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Nuke instant oatmeal with water. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. |
