                    Maybe some strange ingredients but at least it is very healthy for the kids. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup peanut butter  |  
                                                1/4 cup carrot, shredded  |  
                                                2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, shelled  |  
                                                2 tablespoons raisins  |  
                                                2 tablespoons honey  |  
                                                4 bagels, split or 8 slices whole wheat bread  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Combine all ingredients except bread. 2. Mix well. 3. Spread mixture on bagel or bread slices.                              |
