Power flour is made of a combination of flours, to optimize nutrition and effectiveness. This is from the Eat Clean Diet for family and kids by Tosca Reno. Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown rice flour |
1/4 cup amaranth flour |
1/4 cup spelt flour |
1/4 cup kamut flour |
1/4 cup barley flour |
1/4 cup unbleached wheat flour |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. |
