1/4 cup ground fax seeds |
1 scoop protein powder |
1 cup blackberry |
2 teaspoons sugar free artificial sweetener |
4 ounces soymilk |
2 cups ice |
Directions:
1. mix and blend in blender until smooth. 2. replace this with one meal each day. |
