My Friend Lorraine from Texas shared this with me it is her secret to losing and keeping weight off I tried to add1 packet emergen-c but Zaar would not let me also you can use blueberries or rasberries
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground fax seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup blackberry
2 teaspoons sugar free artificial sweetener
4 ounces soymilk
2 cups ice
Directions:
1. mix and blend in blender until smooth.
2. replace this with one meal each day.
