Healthy and delicious, full of energy, just right for breakfast!
Ingredients:
10 g barley
5 g basmati rice, uncooked
5 g millet
5 g oats, uncooked
5 g sunflower seeds
5 g sesame seeds
5 g flax seeds
5 g almonds
3/4 cup lowfat yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 banana
Directions:
1. Grind 100g each of grains and nuts & combine (Power Powder).
2. Combine Power Powder with yogurt.
3. Mix in olive oil, honey and lemon.
4. Add banana.
5. Place a few almonds on top and enjoy!
