Healthy and delicious, full of energy, just right for breakfast! Ingredients:
10 g barley |
5 g basmati rice, uncooked |
5 g millet |
5 g oats, uncooked |
5 g sunflower seeds |
5 g sesame seeds |
5 g flax seeds |
5 g almonds |
3/4 cup lowfat yogurt |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp honey |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 banana |
Directions:
1. Grind 100g each of grains and nuts & combine (Power Powder). 2. Combine Power Powder with yogurt. 3. Mix in olive oil, honey and lemon. 4. Add banana. 5. Place a few almonds on top and enjoy! |
