This is one of the tastiest and best recipes in Joan D' Amico's book, the Healthy Body Cookbook.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 cup chocolate ice cream
3 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Put all the ingredients, EXCEPT THE ICE CUBES,into the blender.
2. Blend ingredients until smooth.
3. Add the crushed ice cubes and blend again.
4. Pour into glasses and serve.
