Powdered Sugar Frosting for Cookies |

This is the frosting my mom would use to frost her Old Fashioned Sour Cream Cookies Ingredients:
2 lbs powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup shortening |
1 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, shortening and salt with mixer till smooth and creamy.
2. Add milk until it is the consistency you want.
3. Add a few drops of food coloring for desired color.
4. Frost away!
