This recipe is from . This icing dries to a shiny, hard finish. Great to use for icing or to outline and fill cookies with cake tip number 2 or 3. I used this on sugar cookie cutouts, and it worked great. You can add food coloring to it if you want different colors. Easy to write on cookies with. Ingredients:
1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar |
2 teaspoons milk |
2 teaspoons light corn syrup |
Directions:
1. Place sugar and milk in bowl. 2. Stir in syrup and mix well. 3. For filling in areas, use thinned icing (add small amounts of light corn syrop until desired consistency is reached). |
